  • Joshua Sason

    Joshua Sason is a principal at Sason. He has over 15 years of experience as an entrepreneur and investor and oversees the strategic vision behind the company’s multiple business platforms, investment decisions, capital markets relationships and execution of its portfolio.

    Throughout his career, he has completed over $2B of transactions across public, private and real estate markets. Prior to Sason, Josh was the Founder & CEO of the hedge fund Magna which he launched out of his bedroom at 22 years old and grew into one of the world’s leading boutique credit and special situations managers in its asset class, employing over 75 people at its peak.

    Josh graduated Magna Cum Laude from Hofstra University and writes and speaks internationally about the correlation between success and spirituality.

  • Ari Sason

    Ari Sason is a principal at Sason. He has over 15 years of experience as an investor and oversees portfolio management and operations across the company’s businesses in addition to making investment decisions and focusing on lender relationships.

    Throughout his career, Ari has led and completed hundreds of complex, structured transactions across public, private and real estate markets representing over $350M in transactional value. Prior to Sason, Ari was a managing director and partner at the hedge fund Magna, initially focused on its public credit strategy and later launched its real estate strategy.

    Ari attended the University of Buffalo and enjoys playing padel and traveling with his family in his free time.

  • VP of Asset Management & Property Operations

    Jared joined Sason in 2021 and serves as Vice President overseeing asset management and property operations functions across the firm’s portfolio. He also assists with acquisitions and due diligence.

    He has over 8+ years of experience in commercial real estate that spans brokerage, asset management, construction management and portfolio management functions.

    Prior to Sason, Jared was at Sovereign Partners in New York City focused on asset management and acquisitions. Prior to Sovereign, he was working in commercial brokerage Eastern Consolidated in New York City.

    Jared graduated from Tulane University.

  • Senior Associate - Asset Management & Acquisitions

    Mark joined Sason in 2022 and serves as Senior Associate supporting asset and portfolio management functions as well as acquisitions for the firm.

    He has 5+ years of experience serving in analyst roles across equity and lending firms.

    Prior to Sason, Mark was apart of the special servicing team at Rialto Capital in Miami and prior to Rialto, he worked as an investment analyst at Reveille Hospitality.

    Mark has a bachelors degree from FIU and received a Masters in Hospitality, Business Management and Real Estate from Cornell University.

  • VP of Construction

    Yosi has been with Sason since its founding and is the VP Construction at the firm in addition to overseeing all construction activities at Sason Builders, Sason’s construction affiliate.

    He has over 40+ years of experience in construction across all real estate asset classes having completed hundreds of complex projects from repositioning work to ground-up development.
